Deliveries and Returns

We understand your time is important and we endeavour to have your order is delivered to your door as soon as possible.

Processing time

After placing your order, our team will process it within 24 hours (if an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed next business day). Your order will then be delivered by our delivery partner.

Delivery estimates

Most deliveries are within 1 – 3 business days.

Delivery instructions

You can provide delivery instructions when placing your order on our website. Our delivery partner will leave the parcel if you provide advance authority. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the agent will leave a card advising of the attempt and provide information on how you can receive your package.

Delivery charges

Delivery of your parcel is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel. It is automatically calculated at the time of checkout and payment.

International orders

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver products internationally at this time. Our delivery is limited to all states and territories within Australia.

Progress of orders

You can check the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account. When you place your order you will choose a password and this can be used with your email address to access your account.

If you wish to return any item, please ensure that it is well packed and is returned, unused, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Prior to returning unused items, please obtain a Medstock Returns Authorisation Number. This number must be clearly marked on the front of the parcel and will help us to sort and process your return.

We are not able to accept any items that have been removed from their packaging for health and safety reasons.
